Since our founding in 2013, we at PACT EMS have had one goal: to serve the needs of our community and local healthcare facilities. We identified the need for prompt, compassionate, and skilled interfacility transports in our region, and within only a few months of providing this service, we noted the average facility wait times for hospital-to-hospital transports decreased from several hours to mere minutes. Local facilities can now move patients to higher levels of care with greater ease and more reliability, and patients can be assured they will receive courteous, quality ground medical transport.
