PACT EMS is looking to hire motivated Drivers, EMTs, and Paramedics to join us as we strive to provide excellent patient care, professionalism, and compassion to each of our patients through inter-facility transport care and medical standby. Ideal applicants will be competitive, detail and team oriented, and will be happy to grow with the company.
- Paramedic – Fulltime/Parttime starting $25-28/hr
- EMT – Fulltime/Parttime | Starting $15-20/hr
- Driver – Fulltime/Part time. Starting $14/hr
- All hourly wages variable depending on experience.

Paramedic Requirements include:
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable background and references
- Current ACLS/PALS
- 1yr experience (preferred)
- Idaho and Washington Paramedic License (If seeking reciprocity in Idaho, NREMT must have been taken within 2 years.)
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Reliable transportation
EMT Requirements include:
- Emergency Medical Technician training and certification (If seeking reciprocity in Idaho, NREMT must have been taken within 2 years.)
- Acceptable background and references
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Reliable transportation
